Yay! Thanks mods for taking up my idea of a sticky on repetitive queries. This looks like a good format. Let's see how well it works.

Then all we'll need is to flag waaaaay up front - "before posting a query, please search previous threads"

I just get as frustrated as everyone else with repeated threads covering the same thing. Oh, and the search thingy doesn't find EXACTLY what I'm after too.
