    Default Mazda 3 MPS

    For Mazada MPS fans, XFORCE now offers an aftermarket bolt-on system to suit Mazda 3 MPS MY10+ . The XFORCE system is a 3″ turbo back system consisting of a round center resonator, ( or VAREX center resonator as an option ) and a large dual side exit 3.5″ angle-cut double-Wall tips oval muffler for maximum flow and great noise damping.

    A deep sporty tone can be expected with maximum flow and performance gains from its 3″ piping , the XFORCE system is great upgrade to the standard Factory unit .

    Systems are now available from all XFORCE dealers.

    Mazda 3 MPS (BL) MY10+

    o Dump-pipe: Wide open bell mouth style dump-pipe, maximize flow;
    o Cat Converter: 3″ metallic hi-flow racing cat (100cell);
    o Center Resonator:Round Resonator;
    o Rear Muffler: Oval Large Size muffler;
    o Tips: 4″ angle-cut double wall tips, dual-side outlet.
    o Sound Level: Medium; Good Sports tone outside with minimum intrusion inside.

    yep tuning will be required, more flow throws off the cat sensor.

    That's a fail. They clearly haven't done enough research. You can build am aftermarket system on a GENII and not have CEL's. Troy's system is proof of that. Sounds good though.

    I got the XForce cat back system a couple of weeks ago. I am very happy with the result. Didn't go the DP due to cel issues. Will get to that soon. I will take a vid so you can hear what it sounds like and post it up soon. It was $800 for the cat back and I couldn't be stuffed installing it so got a local guy I use for bits and pieces to install. They had it to my guy in less than 24hrs, so can't complain about shipping time. When I called XForce directly to ask some questions they were incredibly helpful. Almost stock sound at cruise but a really nice tone when I give it some. My 2 cents worth...

    Awsome Sound. Think I found my choice of cat-back... When my car arrives.

    Really good price too! I imagine it would be a bit more $$$ for the extra trip to WA.

    Wolf man, where are the pics of the system?

    Stainless is something you want to show off!!!

    I'm assuming it's some kind of flange where it meets the OEM part of the system?

    The CEL's shouldn't freak you too much for the DP upgrade. As long as X-Force have done their research.

    Below their page with a vid of the system.

    It's sounds pretty freakin good. I think the difference is the DP, as yours sounds a thin on the top of the rev (or could be the video). As @Jmac has mentioned, the DP adds that deep tone that seems to be unique to the MPS.

    Have you found any nice tunnels lately?

    Yeah part of it is the video, but it doesn't have the really deep rumble but it is a lot of fun in tunnels! Will post up a few photos when I pop her up on the ramps.
