Cel comes and goes

After driving to Adelaide a few months ago after about a week in Adel. upon starting my gen 2 MPS it ran very rough, I then started it again after abt 5 min and it ran like nothing had happened but a CEL light was on. After driving for about an hour and had the engine off for a couple of hours when I started it again, no CEL. After driving back 3000 km to Darwin and another 2 thou it did it again. Another 4thou and it did it again today. The car still makes 187kw atw, this odd event just pops up every now and then. Any ideas?

Sounds intake related to be honest but does depend on what mods you have.

It has a full turbo back 3" stainless exhaust and a chiptorque exede. The same mods my gen1 had but that had no CELs

can u get the cel read? or do you have a dashhawk?

what intake are you running? stock?
if so im going to guess the cpe dp

Get the closed loop fuel trims retuned. Or at least checked.

I believe Xede can modify these signals too.

Got it checked out today, no faults and no faults in the memory. I guess it sorted its self out.
