Will these fit the 2009+ model (Gen2). If so what would postage be to 4504 Australia?

Should fit fine. I can recommend the H&Rs, they give a nice drop

    Caffeine Fiend,

How do you find the H&Rs, ie do you have the stock rims and tyres and if so do they scrub with full load over bumps? Are they a bit firmer too?

Stock rims, no scrubbing. After lowering there's still a good two fingers of clearance between the tyre and the guard. Could probably go to 19s and still have no issues.

Ride is firmer, but still very usable for a daily driver

Edit: sorry, I think I may have led you down the garden path with saying these should be ok for the Gen IIs. The box mine came in specifically say "Mazda 3 Type BL inc MPS"

    Part number: 29228-4

Thanks for the quick reply! Is the camber increased as a result, because there is a fair bit on a Gen2 to start with and I wouldnt want to increase it, or is there a way to correct the stock suspension?

Whenever you change the ride height I would always get a wheel alignment done at the same time as it will have an effect on your suspensions settings.

As mentioned above though, you might want to double check that part number on the springs. Jeff, is this something you could check and advise correct part number and price for the BL Mazdaspeed 3?

    Thanks

Sorry if I'm being silly, but when a wheel alignment is done with the stock suspension, are they capable of tinkering with the camber as well as toe? A little off topic I know, but there may be others wondering this if they are going down the lowering springs route.

Yep there's enough adjustment in the suspension to cope with these lowered springs and put the suspension setting back within correct alignment

The camber is adjusted with the toe. You can't adjust them separately with stock parts.

Hey Jeff can you supply H&Rs with the part number 29228-4. As Caffeine Fiend stated these were specifically for the BL MPS3 (gen2). If so what would pricing with shipping to 4504 be? Thanks!
