My girl and I carpool to work in her swift. And even then its only 10kms to work. Other than that we live in the middle of Auckland so most things aren't far away, and we haven't travelled around that much this year as we are trying to save for a house.

I don't use mine as a daily either, nearly all my K's last year came from cruises, travelling to bike races, odds and sods.

I reckon I will do more this year, driving from the G/F house to mine and back every other day, these next 3 weeks I am going out to Wisemans Ferry twice and Cootamundra. Got a trip to Radelaide in Jan as well.

If she lives on other side of bridge, be careful, toll charges can rack up very quickly

I've put about 8-9000K's on mine in the 4 months I have had it... so around 24-27000 a year at this rate.

I drive it ~70K's round trip for work each day tho...

When I was a rep my SP23 did 40,000 kms a year, the MPS did about 18,000kms a year and now the R will probably just crack 15,000kms a year.
