Not happy with the stock suspension, seems very wayward under the pump.
I'd like to stiffen the roll on the car without being ridiculous......
I'm happy with the ride height as my wheels fill the guards nicely.....
What are your thoughts......

Swaybars & body bracing?
Sent from my evil apple using TapaCrash
Body bracing I really don't see the point of in a gen1. They are pretty stiff as it is.
To decrease roll, add rear sway bar.
For improving handling, ride quality and retaining ride height, fit Koni FSD shocks. Keep stock springs
I'm yet to add thicker swaybars, but I can highly recommend the shocks
+1 for rear sway bar.
well what do u want from the car? u just potting around town, drag or twisties? get new shocks at the very least and prob a rear swaybar.
you can never have too much body bracing, but some areas can benefit more than others. unfortunately this is where more expertise of our chassis is required to identify areas that can use extra bracing

Agree with the swaybar.
Swaybars and adjustable shocks.
Sorry, but I don't see the need for adjustable shocks for this need.
Plus most adjustable shocks are designed for lowered springs.
The adjustability is great, but will always be a compromise between soft or hard.
That's the advantage of the Koni FSD shocks. They self adjust. So they are hard or soft whenever its needed.
I really can't fault them if you want better handling, better ride and don't want to lower the car.
They are OEM on lamborghini, and were banned from F1 after mclaren used them and won the title. So they should be good enough for a mps
I drive fairly aggressive some times.
Just noticed that the front end is very loose around tight corners & under heavy braking last week when
I drove around some of the cotter roads in canberra & not impressed.
I'm considering the Koni FSD & would like to get springs that are a wee bit stiffer than OEM.
I will definately install a rear sway-bar. Though which one?
What springs would you recommend??? Not lowered that is??
Keep your stock springs with Koni FSD's + Whiteline rear swaybar.
Will do everything you want.
Thanks TD,
I've been doing some research & have come across Hotchkis sway bars on the net.
What's your opinion on these products? Equal to whiteline?
You only recommend a rear sway bar not a front?
A rear sway bar will stiffen the rear suspension, allowing the front to still flex and remain in contact with the road at all times, especially when cornering, providing front end grip.
King springs sell stiffer, std height springs too.
Whiteline is Australian made, Hotchkis is American, that is all you can really compare with those parts.
What you need to find is the details for % of stiffness in each sway bar. Adjustability etc.
The guy @ Whiteline told me the rear sway bar as a 'rule of thumb' is 35% stiffer, though he has no exact figures????? Rear sway only $285....
The Hotchkis sways are as follows:
Front Rate: 35% stiffer than stock / 560 lbs/in
Rear Rate: 95% stiffer than stock / 1,625 lbs/in
140% stiffer than stock / 2,030 lbs/in
and I can buy both rear & front Hotchkis for $359.00?
What you think? Is the Hotchkis sway too stiff?????
Why not try JBarones RSB ???? Looks the goods, with great reviews in the US & only $255 delivered.......
James Barone Racing
Definitely get a rear swaybar. I have the whiteline one & it's great. Improved handling and front end grip a LOT. RSB is the first handling upgrade to do in the MPS3. I track my car and the difference it made is night and day, and for only $300 ish it's a goddamn bargain.
Their service was really good too, ordered paid for and had it delivered in like 3 working days.

Thanks lads,
What you think about the vastly different stiffness between the Whiteline & Hotchkis/JBarone RSB???
A Whiteline retailer said he had heard of the 32mm thick RSB tearing away from the chassis? Way too stiff for street use...
Is this factual or just a myth?
I kind of think that 95% stiffer RSB may be a little too stiff IMO...
Well my whiteline one is on the stiff setting and imo, the softer one was a waste of time. If anything I would like it slightly firmer but it is very hard to compare the different manufacturers because they all quote in different units and measure them differently.
Have ordered Whiteline swaybar from Repco. Hopefully will have fitted prior to Easter.
Can anyone help me with the OEM swaybar diameters Front & Rear for 07 MPS3.....PLEASE
