Set up for mazda means that it has been updated to read certain mazda specific parameters (ie, long term fuel trim)

I have the "cheap" aluminium "mount" that comes with it originally.
I also have the USB cable too.
$150 is way too cheap. I'm not desperate. I've had it in my shed doing sweet FA for 5 months now.
It's sold pending payment.
