Reedy, you need to stop sticking your head out of the door and looking under your car while you're driving

Hell, I'm impressed that he can see both ends of the sway bar at the same time, let alone while he's driving...

Must really annoy him when he turns around and sees the Front Swaybar isn't symmetrical at all

That's the reason you got a gen 2, the exhaust tips are symmetrical! :P

Well, my sway bar arrived today, hopefully getting it installed in the morning. Pretty quick shipping and good service.

I have one concern though: the bar comes with 4 polyurethane bushings

Looking at pictures, I can only see a use for the two on the right, the lipped ones. What are the other two for, or are these generic ones that are not used with this bar?

Hope someone can help, as there are no instructions for this one and I'm a bit concerned I'll **** something up. Lol
    Cheers

Pretty sure there are two to fit BL, and two to fit BK mate. The saddles on the Gen I and Gen II are different, so they've catered for both with the swaybar

Yea i've got the spare bushings sitting in my garage.

Anyone with a Gen I wanna swap with me for a spare set?

How much money could they save if they only sent the bushings you need.
    I've got a spare set of Gen2's

Ok, got my rsb installed. Exactly as Reedy said, it is brilliant, completely transforms the handling of the car. It feels more sure-footed in corners and generally allot more composed with less body roll. It makes you want to push it harder and harder through the twisties

    Definitely worth the money.

Hard one. Getting a few clunks when I go over bumps while turning, so think the end links need some re-tightening. Still works though

Exactly same prob ,thought i needed to retighten, loud metal noise when going over driveways . I used red lock tight and torqued to spec at installation
After some miles rechecked and noticed that nuts all still tight.
Cause of noise was twopack on bar is now rubbed of behind locktighted nuts at endlink connection. Initial two pack can be slippery at connection point it seems and after some klms, flexing of bar and hole size allows for rubbing and two pack to shed.
No further noise or issues ,once rubbed off.
If u look at OEM bar u will see a small depression where endlink and nut to bar connect. This was to stop any movement .

Would it be too late for the club to organise a group buy through whiteline?

Just a suggestion thought cause if there is approximately 5 - 10 people wanted to do this mod might be worth while to see if we all can save some $$$.

I would be interested in the rear swaybar too. How much $$$ damage would I be looking at?

I'm not sure maybe i can get one of my mates to talk to a guy who runs a shop next door to whiteline and see if any deals would be had for a gb.

First of all how much does a Whiteline RSB go for retail?
