Apologies for taking so long to post up the Performance Model Breakdown but I've been on leave. Back into the groove now after getting through the 400+ emails.

There was also an error in the VW Golf numbers going back to August so I've corrected those.

Mazda3 MPS colour breakdown July 2009 to December 2010

    Black Mica (16W) - 309 or 30%
    Aluminium Metallic (38P) - 303 or 30%
    Velocity Red Mica (27A) - 288 or 28%
    Celestial Blue Mica (38J) - 111 or 12%

a new colour (WHITE) would help the sales of the MPS...

They seriously need to ditch that blue...

Yeah ouch for the MPS, I think Doug's right a new colour would lift sales and maybe series II updates?

VW had about 1/2 dozen boats arrive Nov/Dec so there were several truck loads of new Golf GTI's and R's that people had ordered in June/July hitting the roads in December!!!
    R36 - Just like an MPS6 except with a growly V6

I think also the color change would help but sales would still look rather poor againt the likes of WRX and XR5, forget about VW they are just too far ahead.

Craig, do you know if the XR6T, XR8, SS etc are included in the performance car sales, would be interesting to see the comparison!

Also Mazda need to kickstart the MPS 3 sales with something enticing
