G'day, I'm a long time reader, first time poster :P.

I currently own a White 07 6 MPS and a Blue 07 BT-50 DX freestyle 4x4, both just clicked 50k. I only got my MPS a few weeks back and I'm loving it so far (3rd gear is epic).

I've had the ute since new, and I love it to bits, it's easily the best 3L turbo diesel on the market, but it's a tail happy, twitchy SOB which makes it soooo fun to drive

I havent really done anything to ether car, I plan on doing a few things to the MPS as I settle into it, going from a ute to a AWD turbo is a bit of a leap... well, it's like half the height for starters!

I gota say while I was buying my MPS I did a lot of research on the wear and tear and mods etc, and I kept coming back here to read the treads and glean all the info I can, so props to everyone for a good forum.

Anyway, cheers! (I'll post some pics of my Mazdas up soon.)

On account of the rain I haven't been able to grab any good photos of my MPS, but more will follow.

I'll see how things pan out but I should be able to come on that cruise on the 30th.

MPS goes in for new DBA 4000 series wiper slot rotors and braided brake lines in early Feb. Then I'll probably end up going in for new suspension bushes all round as my lower control arm bushes have a few cracks in them.... then I'll probably do the rear diff mount and engine mount... I can see this getting expensive

Yeah everyone has done a good job of identifying and find solutions for all the niggles on both MPS models. Good way to also find out about potential mods too
