Default HOW TO - Roll your guards by the side of the road

NOTE: this is intended to be a joke thread, take no responsibility for damage caused to your own car

Here's the scenario, you've just gotten your new tyres, you're taking them for their first major outing along some fantastic roads, but they're scrubbing... what do you do???

you grab a metal bar and someone to move your car back and forth

That was done quite nicely by Jon

    It worked superbly.
Tomorrow, I'm going to removed my rear wheels, and finish it off properly. I'll tidy up the flaked paint. Mask it up and Matte Black the underside of the lip.
BTW Rino, The paint only flaked from the lip that is now rolled. No-one can tell by looking at my car. I'll finish it after work
Don't do this at home guys. I knew my risks, and I've seen it done before. I was very careful on what I did. This was/is a temporary repair on the roadside, until I finish the job.

P.S. Thanks Cain for your tyre iron and MADD driving skillz... and Thanks to (red) Alex for sitting in my boot to make it work.

    ^^^ Backyard mechanic uniform lolz

4:09mins just to do one side??? and still have one dodgy ass guard roll????

A proper guard roller would have done it in 2 mins flat.
