    Default Lenso Wheels - Opinions

    Hey Guys,

Im going to be getting a new set of wheels very soon, as one on my shiny 19" Bboss rims has developed a nice big dent & crack on the inner lip, I could have it repaired but honestly Im a bit over the 19" rim thing, so I am looking at grabbing some 18" Lensos, just wondering what peoples opinions are of these rims, more so quality wise, than style opinions.

No idea personally, but Magoo is flogging his Lenso's in the FS section. Maybe check them out and/or send him a pm?

I have lenso DC-5's on mine.

Fairly light, good quality, good value for money. The finish could be a bit better, what looks like a chrome lip and centre is actually just painted.
    I'd buy them again

Rota wheels are better in every respect, but they are more expensive.

Lenso are a good quality mid-range wheel, and arguably one the best at that. I've never heard about quality issues.

I paid (well really AAMI) $1700 with tyres for mine from Tempe.
But be careful because they are +45 offset, so could have rubbing issues when lowered.

    I rang tempe - $250 per rim in 18s.

    I run 19 x 8 with 45 offset. I have never ever rubbed. I have cobb springs.

    Thanks everyone for your input,
but now I have doubt in my initial decision of wheel selection, the DC5 in Charcoal is second on my list, barely behind the Como in a shadow chrome finish.....so I have put my years of retouching experience into making 2 dodgy pics of the car with the aforementioned rims, thoughts.....

The DC5 looks more boy racer.

The Commo looks more elegant / stylish imo.

    Depends which look you're after?

I prefer the DC-5's but I'm completely biased.

Strangely though, they looked stupid on my copper red SP23, yet I can't think of a better looking on my red mps. I think maybe because of the mps being lower.
