    Thanks Jess
can see why people have given tunehouse a good review on these forums, walked in the door, and was greated by someone working on a car, and pointed in the direction of the office, where after telling them my name, immediately knew what model my car was, and what i had booked my car in for... it seems like such a little thing, but it makes a HUGE difference!
have just gotten a call from tunehouse informing me about the service, and their reccomendations for things to be done, and how much each would cost, it's awesome to see such upfront honesty about prices, and asking before doing!
pity i need to take the car back to mazda to get them to look at the squeeking seatbelt holder...

Welcome to Tunehouse and to the forums Jess,

Just to hijack your thread for a moment, Sarcastic to save you the hassle of going back to Mazda, just a drop of WD40 down where the belt holder bolts into the chassis will fix that, its just a squeaky washer, I did mine not long after buying the car and it has never returned.

Welcome to the Mazda forums Jess.....here you will notice less b1tching than that 'other forum' which will be unnamed. Good bunch of enthusiastic guys who are missing a cylinder.
