Default All the way from South Africa

    Hello, Hi, Howzit,

    I live in Johannesburg, South Africa. I current own a 2007 Mazda 6 2.3 Individual and a 2007 Mazda 5 2.0 Individual.

Both cars are stock with tinted windows. My Mazda 6 has a stealth Rockford Fosgate sound system. I''ve been planning to change the wheels for a while now... Just can't make my mind up...

G'day mate, and welcome to ozMPSclub.com. I got family in Johannesburg!

Have you got any pics to post up of your rides? What size rims are on there at the moment and have you got some images or a description of the rims you are intending to put on? I've got a Alpine Sub and amp in my 6MPS and a fair bit of performance mods. Looking forward to seeing some pics. Enjoy the forums mate!

Nice pics! I used to have a 2006 Luxury Sport in the metallic blue. Nice car! Sold it to get the MPS6 in the same colour you have there, the pearl white. Are you thinking of going 18" rims? Chrome, dark, white, polished? I reckon a set of 18" would look pretty good, maybe some red or blue callipers? Also, have you considered painting those rims?

Looking @ 18's or 19's... I have a buddy the imports Giovanna Wheels... He was trying to twist my arm to put a set of 20's on... Not a good idea as I use the car daily...
The wheel would have to have a dish, maybe a narrow and wide, not chrome... Maybe a dark centre with a high polished lip...
Something like these would be nice

I like the last one. Easy to clean, can get your hands thru to clean the inner rim

If I remember mate this weekend if I get round to it I'll take some shots of my 6 with stock rims painted black. Looks pretty good I think. As a sneak peak this is a dodgy photo of my car taken on my phone camera (Cheaper alternative to 19" rims) looks??..up to you what you think. The main thing, I love it!

    Looks great Rog

Welcome Joseph, great rides you got there, I like the 2nd rims in the pic, though with white I'd suggest you go something with a bit of black, or paint your stock rims. Enjoy the forums and good luck with the mods
    Cheers
    Chris
