What a headache. Feel for ya.
Its one of the reasons I have backed off from a DP. Its the best power mod for the MPS but a PITA. Is the install the same (in terms of ease) with a MPS3? MPS3's seem to have less install issues.

Half the words that came out of my mouth can never be repeated when I did my dump pipe. I called my car every swear word under the sun, I’m sure there’s still a bit on my knuckle left on one of the bolts.......

But I’m sure you’ll love it when you eventually get your car back.

OK...finally got my car back with the downpipe installed...this car is a ****ing beast!

What a transition this mod has made...it sounds totally animal now and goes so much better...very happy!

They took 9 hours to install and they wanted to charge me $1065! I advised them I was quoted elsewhere $550 for the install by experienced Mazda Modding Techs and they matched that price after speaking with the manager...

    This thing rocks...

I really only have one suggestion- just make sure you go through MPS Garage for those in Sydney...the mistake i made was to go to a very experienced Subi/Mitsu performance tuner who had never done a DP install in a Mazda MPS...throughout the process they were great- it was just that had to learn how to do it which made it take 3 days instead of half a day to install and that caused me a lot of inconvenience and stress thinkng i was paying for all the labour.

Love the mod- put it to the top of your list!
