Just got back from my holidays and this is the first thing I do. Enkei RPF1 18x9.5 +45 on 225/40
Next up is some suspension work once I paid off my credit card.

Jeez, a bit of stretch there!! Shocks/springs or coils?
no offense, but i dont like it
the wheel/tyre combo look way too small (even for 18's)
Nice combo, popular choice. Lots of chat about right height recently with these. Drop some pics in when your credit card isn't on fire
Na, don't paint them black... last time a mate did that to his wheels they ended up looking smaller... what you need to make them look bigger is moar loooow!
fwiw i think their tops! just get some lowering happening when you can afford it and you'll absolutely love them!

Personally I would go for a wider tyre, just to get rid of the stretched look. I don't mind the stretched look on some rims, but not the RPF1s.
mmmm I do love RPF1s lol
I think you nailed it - it's the stretched tires making them look small. Gonna have to slam the wheels up against the guards to make it right.
Such massive arches need 19s IMO but can't knock a great wheel design.
They look pretty

I bet they're gunna be a bitch to keep clean but so far I love em
Ohhh yeah. You're in for some pain. Looks good though!
Use some of this on them and they'll be much easier to clean: Finish Kare FK 1000P Hi Temp Sealant 411gm
You don't need much, so a tin will last you forever, but it's great on wheels because of its resistance to higher temps

I like the herrafrush look. It does grow on you actually. Theres a few gen 2s here thats got herrafrush look going on. Although i think once u lower it ur gonna get scrubbing issues like hard. Cause i'm sitting on 8.5 45+ and i get the ocassional scrub taking corners hard. and the back have been aligned to 2.5 degree camber as well so your gonna have to camber hard or risk scrubbing guards. Maybe get them rolled?
