yes it is. BUT some rims you cant do this too as the wheel will become weak and thus unsafe...

    Hi BB

I know I am doing some mining here, but do you have any other pics of these wheels on your car. They are a similar design to what I was considering to put on our Mazda 6.

Loads of pics here Car pictures by mcroaker - Photobucket

Theres some more in my bf's flicker pages too mps6 - a set on Flickr

Also check out under my profile my album and off course in my Mazdaspace

The are from wolfwheels.co.nz and I currently have Michelin Pilot Sport3 235/40/18 on them

Thanks BB. Do you mind if I ask what they cost you?

I was thinking about a set of Enix Turbines. If I was to go with them, I am not sure if I would go with the black stripe ones or the gunmetal ones.

Naddis, they were $1580 shipped and are a really good rim 8kg strong (have hit pot holes others have where their rim buckled and mine didnt). So the price would depend on the current exchange rate. they guys at wolf wheels were fantastic to deal with veru friendly and helpful

Thanks for that BB. I wonder if they are the same wheel?

    Wolf - WOLF - Wheel Collection 2008

Enix Turbine - ENIX - Wheel Collection 2008

Naddis, think they are slightly different but very similar, the curvature is a bit different in them anfd the angles in the forked bits, have seen them in Jax the Enix ones. Work wheels are a sister company of Wolf thats prob why they stock their rims.

    I was just there yesterday!

Top guys and are real pros when it comes to advice, were very gentle when jacking up my car.

I tried on a G-Games 99B in 18x8.5 +25, yes I know a bit too radical but funny thing was that it looked quite flush??? He might have said +35 which would make more sense...

I also tried on a Gram Lights 57D just to see how the Matte Black would look against the True Red and I fell in love with pitty they only come in 18x9.5 +25 which is waaaaaayyyy out!!!

I'm now looking into some Enkei GTC-01s (18x8.5 +35) or some Matte Black Work Emotion 11Rs (18x8.5 +33).

I know it is pushing it but I don't mind the stretched tyre look and rolling the guards, I hardly ever have people on the back and I mostly drive on the freeway.

See what happens when I get back from overseas....

I thought about getting black, I see its all the rage on the US forums, but then I decided to go with the Hyper silver because I didnt want to murder out the whole car. I am really happy with my decision and the way the wheels look, they even match with the colour on the driving lights I purchased them out of the USA and complete with the Yokohama S Drive they set me back 4.5k all up delivered to my door, the best quote I could get in Perth for the same wheel tyre combo was 6.5k, the only downside I did have to wait about 10 weeks.

Heath, love the Advan RS. with regards to clearance I think its spot on, I am lowered on the Eibach pro kit and there is no rubbing anywhere, in the front the offset has the wheels level with the guards with the stock specs for camber. I could not be happier with the result except for I wish I was lowered just a bit more.

Right right, can i ask where from the USA like from what site or company? I might snatch a set whilst the dollar is good! When i was looking around as well a set of blacks got quoted around 6.5k as well, again same problem was that there was no stock in Aust and had to be imported which will take a few weeks...
