i paid 4.5k for my set fitted and balanced with 235/40/18 ADVAN AD08s from my albion tyres and more and with center caps ! (center caps are like 30-50 bucks each)

they had them in sydney and it took 1 week for them to arrive, i got the normal ADVAN RS in dark gray, gold and silver are cheaper and chrome is like 100 bucks dearer a wheel... who gets chrome anyways !

I ended up purchasing them from Vivid Racing, was really happy with the service, they were packed well and arrived within the timeframe that they originally told me (they said 12 weeks and I had them in 10, I believe they order direct from japan) I will warn you now if you do buy them from the USA the wait will almost kill you but I survived all the best with whatever you do, If you do get the set of Black I would love to see them on the car, would look great.

Posted in this thread back in July 2009 when I got some ROH Mantis's in Shadow Chrome - 18x7.5 +45 with 225/40 Falken Ziex ZE92. Back in March went to Advanti Talon's Gloss Black in 18 x 8 +45 with 225/50 Falken Ziex ZE92. Finally got her lowered last week with Eibach Prokits.

    Here are the pics:

Thanks guys for the comments. They have dropped a little since those pics as the springs have settled a bit more, not much though. It's killed the wheelarch gap and it gives me what I want in terms of look which is how I think it should have come out from factory. Also enough underbody clearance to get over large speed humps and dodgy driveways. Haven't had the car loaded with people though but as my rear guards are rolled tight I'm hoping it should be fine.

    Ok,

I've decided on the Lenso D1R's in silver 18 x 8.5 +38. Will keep the lip as is & paint the remaining wheel in a charcoal gloss.

I'll probably need my guards rolled, which is fine. I have spoken with a few people & some have said that there may be a possibility that the paint on the guards may crack. Has anyone heard of this before or had it happen. Don't like the sounds of that. Some feedback would be nice too.....
The link LENSO D1R Specials - Order Today!!!

I know you guys had a group buy organised for guard rolling a while ago, did that all go well????

Saw these alloys on an Aluminium 2011 MPS3. Looked absolutely brilliant.

They're brilliant mate. Love the fin look. Those tyres look really big for some reason. But they're only 40 series right?

That'll need an engineering check, and is effectively increasing the offset. Without an engineering pass, I wouldn't expect it to be legal.

Didn'tgo aftermarket, simply had Troy paint the OEM. This along with the coil-overs gave me the look i was after & not expensive!
