probley not.. google it!!
I guess it's not the MAF sensor itself that is relevant but the tubing and MAF housing diameters. Anyway you could could check with your Mazda parts supplier. And/or get a look at a mate's MPS armed with a vernier caliper?
Getting rid of the original air-filter and putting on a CAI with a K&N pod filter will help, especially if your useage is normal as opposed to excessively dusty.

ok so the hole it came out of was 31.40mm the maf o.d before the o ring was 30.25 the bolt(screw) holes were about 55mm inbetween centers any other info needed?

can anyone measure there mps maf up to see if its close?
For us to machine up a MAF housing we will need a OEM MAF & for any type of intake we will need the car, so we can make the MAF housing up but we might need air veins / Striaghters. We al so check air flows.
We might have a test car to work on next week. I will keep you posted.
The MAF sensor will be the same as nearly every other one out there.
The only difference will be the ID of the inlet pipe.
Toyota and Subaru use this same MAF sensor.
