    Just do it as often as your regular service intervals and it should be fine.

    I used High Temp Grease on my Forge Diverter Valve (Recirc Valve..)

    no real need to use high temp grease.. if your BOV on the cold side of your intercooler is getting that hot.. youll have bigger problems..

    go to auto barn and get turbo smart bov oil/ machine oil. u don't want allot as it will go in ya intake and is bad for the turbo.

    Forge on the other hand use a synthetic grease in their valves, the valves don't seal properly using oil. If the manufacturer recommends one particular type of oil / grease over another I would follow their instructions.
