    Default Twin tip exhaust

After some encouragement from Ryan, I converted my exhaust into a twin tip setup.

It's only hot when you run the car a 5 minutes. OUCH! Don't touch that again

It sounds a little hollow atm because I only had 2.5" piping at home. I will make a new one in 2.25" to reduce the hollowy effect.

, Mine runs out of warranty on the 1st of Nov. Or when the Mazda reps say it's out of warranty.

You can see in the bottom picture, it is just a Y piece, cut and welded into the original exhaust.

That looks awesome, where did you mount the support for the RHS pipe?

Always had a "hard" spot for twin exhausts

How'd you go with the towing bracket that sits behind the bumper where the extra tip comes out?

I cut the tie down hook off, and welded a bracket onto the raw edge where the tie down hook was.

I also cut it off today and went back to a single tip. I have a new look I want to try. stay tuned.

    That looks awesome...

I just couldn't bring myself to cut that rear bar! If it's like the MPS6 rear bar, it would set you back like $800 for the black trim alone!
