Default Got my rear guards rolled today by Sydney Guard Rolling!

    Hi Guys,

Got my rear guards rolled today by Nelson from Sydney Guard Rolling. He's did a very professional job on the car and I was quite impressed and best of all not a Mallet in sight!!! The fact that he was a top bloke as well was icing on the cake. I heard about him from reading a few other posts of happy customers on OzMps, but I thought I should add myself to the long list of his satisfied customers. I've attached a few pics.

$65 per guard mate. He could charge twice that and I would still reckon it's worth it.

On another note, I've noticed that the MPS 6 has a Ford Motor Company (FoMoCo) Dipstick, but just realised today that it has FoMoCo brake calipers too! THe brakes are one of the best stock brakes around, but from Ford? Surprised me!

Great pics, and glad your happy with it, he is definately a top guy and hard not to get chatting with him about things

OMG how clean is your car I can even see all the little laugh lines on Nelsons face reflected on the side of your car ... looks like u need to take it for a trip to dirty it up abit ... perhaps to the snow in August with the rest of your MPS6 family

haha, I don't think I'm around then, but thanks for the invite! Yea Nelson's a pretty easy going guy and took an hour and a half all up. I reckon if I didn't chat to him the entire time it would have been quicker. lol

Hmmm which Ford are these parts borrowed from? The Mondeo I'm going to guess!

    None...

They are made for Volvo...which contains FoMoCo parts as well.

Ford dont use the AWD system....Volvo do

How much more space did he create?

I'm looking to get 235's put on with a lowered car.

Plenty of space created mate, it was a very tight roll. I only went 7.5inch rim and 235 tyres because I couldn't go wider (I didn't plan on getting the rear guards rolled). Ironically I ended up getting them rolled one week after getting the rims.......that's life!

Crusher, you can check out my rear guards some time, I got them done by Nelson too and am running 18x8 45 offset with 235 tyres on them. I made an appointment wiht him on a sunday at 8.30 in the morning, left here at 5.30 then drove home after he was done as I had to race around the cotter with Lynchy at 12.30
