Why is the MPS3 rotors more expensive than the ones for the MPS6?

would the MPS disc's suit the diesel 3 as they are the same OEM

I believe the MPS front rotors are not the same as the sp23.. so im not sure about the diesel.

I think the diesel brakes are the same as SP23 (Gen 1) and SP25 (Gen 2) Dave. 300mm fronts vs. 320mm for the MPS.

Yeah your right Dan but surely the difference of 20mm as the diesel and the SP25 have the same front rear.....as I just checked the website..

just doing some research on what I could get if I step upto a diesel 3 hatch..........

Think the diesel is running the SP25 disc, or with the gen 1 the SP23 disc.

Doesnt look quite as big to me.

I only had front disc on the 2 and I never touched them before it went to heaven with 53700ks approx and I was hard on them...

In a single piece rotor we'd take the RDA over the DBA. There just seems to be too many issues at the moment with the DBA cracking. Wouldn't be an issue with either way on the street though...

No idea. Will be some reason that RDA won't disclose. Could be anything from required cast, right through to projected sales...

Assuming the diesel is the same as SP25/Gen1 SP23, then prices as follows:
    Front $85 each
Front Slotted $235 for the pair
    Rear $65 each
Rear Slotted $199 for the pair
