Both cars built for different things in a way.
The 6MPS though is more drivable day to day (especially with my wife next to me)

No doubt in my mind that an EVO would absolutly kill the 6MPS on the track.

EVO's are a bit like the good old Skyline GT-R... especially the new 35.
There are faster cars in a straight line...
There are more expensive cars that handle slightly better...
But when it comes down to it, The GTR (or EVO in our case) is a great all round package for "performance" and FOR THE PRICE TAG

    Thanks.

yeah hands down the evo x is a much better setup car. handling is a million times better. at wakefield when i was there an Evo X MR was out there the guy had not dont much track work and was doing 1:10's. The mps is still a fantastic car for $40k. i have the tein coilovers in mine and now handling is much better but i was not getting 1:10's more like 1:13 - 1:14

but evo defiantely has more potential for modding than the mps. and will always have the advantage unless big big dollars are spent on mps

Im sure it does, there is no question the EVO X is a much superior car in many ways and with that comes the obvious much higher price tag however is just silly and makes no sense to keep compairing it with the MPS toe to toe.

For its price tag the MPS is a lot of car and in certain scenarios can give the likes of EVOs and STIs a good run for their money which again speaks nothing but great things for the car that costs over 20k less.
