With the 3" you're going to be near MAF cut towards redline if you're planning on going over 22psi...
330 g/s of air is about 4.63v, MAF cut is 4.7v...
The HTP isn't a true 3" ID though. If you need that little bit more headroom but don't want to go to 3.5 then something like jbr or corksport provides a slightly larger maf but still fits ok.
