    I say yes

But, depends if you have plans to mod it for power... It's a gateway drug to many more mods... But, the ability to monitor your car, as well as removal of restrictions in 1st and 2nd is quite nice

Is it ok to have a accessport without any mods? I only have a highflow air filter currently and does it help fuel consumption?

Yes it's fine to run without any mods (there is stock car maps)

And it'll help a little with fuel consumption, as it'll stop it going as rich as quickly, but that could easily be offset by you flooring it more often

From stock, to GT3071, to substantially less modded, many lessons learned!
