GPS screen / Display error after changing battery.. contact dealer..

Hey guys, just changed my battery and the an error came up on the GPS / info screen saying..
checking please wait...then it says..program can not be read please consult to a dealer..

I have taken the sd card in and out and endured the slide was closed, also tried disconnecting the negative terminal and holding brake for 60 seconds..still no luck..any one else had this experience..thanks..

Just to let you know, the sd card got corrupted while jump starting the car..so if you need to jump start or change your battery take the sd card out first....lucky the local wreckers had one from a 2013 model and was happy to part with it for $100.
