I could hardly feel the s1 60 cpe. You say you did the right torque, but how about the tightening order?

Installed twice using the correct torque settings and in the correct order

That's very odd then. Mine was quite placid.
And it's the right way up (apparently there is a right and wrong way).
Are you only getting vibes at certain revs? Do you drive around at <2000rpm most of the time?

I guess it's the right way up as the instructions say the square nut faces the drivers side. So I made it face the passenger side since the instructions come from America.

Really bad at 800-1000 RPM and under load about 2000-2500

The 800-1000rpm is probably due to aircon... If you're driving in that rev range, stop!!!

Same with loading the engine up in the 2000-2500rpm range, that's going the right way for a bent rod it's generally accepted that you shouldn't go full throttle until 3000+

    What he said.
You got better gear shifts now with a REM, so ya may as well use them to downshift into a proper rpm range

I still think it's very bad. The whole car shakes. It's not a little vibration.

Jeez I do that all the time - i usually let the torque do most of the work.

Never heard of not going full throttle until a certain rpm?

On MSF it's usually on the 'I want a bent rod for a paperweight' list, right next to stock FP internals :S

Don't sound right at all, not with 60 duro. Maybe you got the 75 by mistake? Can you go for a ride in someone else's car with a mount to compare?

The box says 60 duro on it. Nope, don't know anyone that owns an MPS at all. Might just have it to bite the bullet and get a crappy OEM mount. Might try and video it, so you can all see and hear.

    Yeah chuck a video up.

My 70 duro was bad. Was ok and no vibes once the car was up and running, but taking off from lights and low speed traffic crawling was really painful. Considering that consists of most of my driving, I had to take it out as I didn't want my dash falling apart 12 months later.

Try a e-focus mount if you want no vibes at all.
