Not sure about the 6, but Sarcasticone had one on a gen 1 3 (same core as 6?). He went tmic>HDi Fmic>tmic so probably has a good idea.

I dont have any logs/or data to compare vs TMIC, but i have one on my 3 and can't fault it.
Good quality and fitment...no leaks and minimal increase in lag (longer piping).
Awesome price too....paid a couple hundred more for mine last year

Worked fine on my 3, no issues...
Personally, I'd stick with a tmic if stock turbo... Unless you live in a really hot climate...

wanting more info as well on fitment on the 6... not just HDI but any others?
The 6 needs a bit of modification to fit, 3 is a straight fit the 6 is not
When we installed my hdi gt2 fmic, we had slight rubbing on the IC pipe near the shifter counter balance weight. Could feel it in the shifter especially in reverse. So we ground off a small amount for clearance. Couldn't manipulate the pipe enough to gain clearance.
Purchasing an aftermarket counterweight solves the above issue.
Will a CAI be in the way of the piping
