    Hold up.
    There are 2 Daniels.
So be careful. The guy who stupidly seems to want to buy the place is a different Daniel that you would previously have been dealing with.

I just don't understand why this new Daniel has access to all their stuff as they are still negotiating.
And if he does have access already, why the hell would you buy a business that has nothing but issues that your already dealing with

    Which Daniel?
    Tosolini or Carton?

We've been told that Daniel Carton is taking over the business from Aaron and Daniel Tosolini

Yeah so do I. The new dude is ether keen as mustard to polish this turd, or very very silly for buying into this. Seriously their rep is so bad that they would need a name change as a bare minimum to move on from it.

Update - I've spoken to Aaron on the phone this afternoon. He has sold the business and is no longer associated.

The new company apparently has the same name but has nothing to do with the previous ownership. The new owner has stated he will be willing to sort this out with me. Hopefully we can come to an arrangement and the new ownership does a good trade.

You would need some working capital to get it going.
