Are you using the replacement bolt they supply?
I installed this mount yesterday no dramas
They only supply a bolt with a hex key for the gearbox bracket end, you reuse the original bolt threw the main bush and into the subframe, however the hole for the bolt is undersized
Mitch
Can you take a measurement of the hole?
