    Default Corksport Dryflow Filter Wash

    Hi Guys,

Its the time of year for my Corksport Dryflow Filter (which is basically the AEM one) to have a bath. Was going through the instructions and videos of how to wash it. All of them basically says that I need the AEM Dryflow Air Filter Cleaner to wash it. I tried searching for a source here and there doesn't seem to be any. Sorry for the stupid questions ahead of time - so my questions are:

    1) Does anyone know if there's a retailer for the AEM cleaner?

2)Do I need specifically the AEM one - Corksport says the K&N one would do (but still can't find it here in Australia) so has anyone used something else to clean their Dryflow filters?

    3) Anyone tried just using soap and warm water?

    Cheers guys

I just did warm water and soap. Can't recall if I used dish washing detergent or actual laundry soap. I think it was the latter. Check the AEM website for cleaning instructions

Thanks Alex - the video showed that the cleaner was needed hence the question of "if warm water and soap" was adequate. Thanks I'll just use warm water and soap then

I just used dish washing detergent and water and came up a treat. Took a LONG time to dry though.

    They make both

Most places only seem to stock the oiled filter cleaner though
