    Default New diesel MPS?

    Hmm don't know about that
    When asked about a petrol version, same answer, "it would be nice to have"

    Someone should compile all these speculative news articles about a new MPS into one thread and/or timeline.

    Just off the top of my head, we've heard that the next MPS:

    - Could be AWD;
    - Could be naturally aspirated;
    - Could not even be made; and now
    - Could be diesel.

    But Kogai was adamant such a car was not in the pipeline yet.
    “I have no thought about MPS in my mind right now,” he said,
    Meh

    Letsbe honest the most likely option is going to be a rotary rear engine AWD with an electric motor for the front wheels that's powered by a small diesel engine as a generator that has a turbo and super charger.

    But seriously there's probably not going to be an MPS

    I was thinking it's going to be AWD, 2.5ltr turbo diesel/electric hybrid.
    There, most of the rumours all rolled together.

    As funny as that sounds... it would be almost weird/odd enough for Mazda to give it a crack... a poor mans 918 Spyder, if you like. Diesel for the torque, electric motors for a bit of power, nice chassis set-up... hmmmn!
