Thread: Eonon D5102 - Steering Wheel Controls Question

  1. Default Eonon D5102 - Steering Wheel Controls Question

My car came with a Eonon D5102 head unit installed.
I am going to be upgrading to a double-DIN Pioneer deck.
Currently the steering wheel controls work with the Eonon unit.

My question is - do I need to purchase a steering wheel controls adapter thing (as I know the Eonon is basically plug and play). Or would there already be one in there behind the dash?

So you just put yours in without buying a steering wheel interface thing?

Yes its a plug and play unit, not sure if the same harness from it will transfer to the new one though.
Check out the new unit from Eonon though, worth a geese..

As I know, nowadays it is possible to keep the steering whell control while installing a new head unit. You may take a look at the Xtrons Car Stereo from its official webiste. https://www.xtrons.co.uk
