yes i believe so... however..

if that is what you are after, i would not suggest this product.
as the turbosmart compact full recirc is around the $180. and is fully black and is also fully legal.

I pre-apologise to the seller... hope you don't find this post offensive to your sale etc.

$280 is a great price for this item (and especially with free post)

but if full recirc is what you want... and you don't care for adjustability to atmo, then compact (or forge) would be the way to go.

Again apologies, Gool luck with sale, these are absoluteley fantastic units if you are after atmo, or you really like having the flexibility of sound to your Blow off.

Yes you can put the blanking plate on the BOV & then its re-circulated like the stock bov making it a FULL Plumb back
