Default Rear Bolt on Intercooler has broken!!

    Hi All

Last night i went to check my spark plugs and i noticed the rear bolt on my intercooler was loose.
As i started to unscrew it, the bolt just fell off and it looks like it has snapped
At first glance, it seems I may have over tightened the bolt and over time, it eventually snapped

Any suggestions on how to replace the bolt on a GenII as it seems to be tact welded

Off the top off my head I think that rear bolt is on bracket so you just need to find a new one of them.

Take the bracket off, drill out the hole get a bolt and put in. Get someone with a wielder to spot wield it in place (maybe a exhaust place). This is prob the cheapest way out of it

@slixx's tools have super human strength, especially since they have been put to serious use lately!
On a more serious note, hope you get it sorted bud.

Or a bigger top mount, the C/S one works well and the factory cover still fits over it.
