Arse with towbar, MPS lives

Some arse backed their car with a towbar into the front bumper of my 3MPS, parked in a quiet street in Hawthorn. Its saving grace was the plastic number plate protector and that the number plate sticks out by a fair bit. The protector, number plate and mounting bracket are very mangled but pretty sure I can knock them back to look OK. If it wasn't for this "feature", I'd have a nice 5cm+ dent in my bumper.

Any other near misses, guys?

No good at all mate.

I'm not sure how the Lakin would have fared. It's 3mm CNC machine aluminum plate, so I doubt it would have punched through the bumper.

Might have stuffed the mounts though
