Default COBB Electronic Boost Control Solenoid

Hey all, just recently bought the COBB EBCS (Electronic Boost Control Solenoid) to replace the stock one.
As it is a 3 port ebcs and my car is not tuned i have to run it in 2 port mode. Just curious as to which of the nipples do i have to cover and then which of remain 2 nipples connect to what.
Have had a quick seach and couldnt find any difinitive answer.
Also would i expect to have overboosting or boost cut if i do it this way as i have read something about a restrictor pill. Or is it simply just cap one port and swap over the oem one to this and it wil be exactly the same as stock??

Any help would be much appreciated.
    Cheers
    Chris

Yea had a look on that. Thats using 3 port mode. Also seen other blocking off the 3rd and using one of the other to go to the intake whereas the diagram in the pdf says the 3rd port goes to the intake. So im not sure tbh how it all goes

Yep you can do it by blocking off one of the ports (make sure it's the correct one) I used the diagram on the web page to revert mine from 3 port to 2 port.

Most aftermarket EBC'ers work faster they pick up spikes quicker, running 3 port its even better. The biggest thing is the stock ebc is farked after 20psi
