I recommend the spherical jbr heavy knob, makes shifts much easier
6 Spd Reverse Upper Left : James Barone Racing, Custom Fabrication

Otherwise, any knob that will fit thread pitch 10x1.25

+ 1 to the spherical JBR heavy shifter. Couple it with a short shift plate and lightweight counter weight and you'll be laughing.

Any of the "universal" ones with a M10 1.25 thread will screw right on (how flush they fit with the top of the shifter boot will vary).

As mentioned their are several vendors that make them for our cars, but they are not always the cheapest.

Most of the universal ones on ebay are for honda's (M10 1.5) so you will need to re-thread them with a helicoil prior to install (if you have one lying around it takes about 5 minutes to do).
