Whats the best brake setup for a gen 2, street driven setup only!
Whats the best brake setup for a gen 2, street driven setup only!
I'm using DBA T3 up front and T2 in the rear with HPS pads. Pretty happy with the setup though will change the pads our for something more track worthy.
Needs a firmer boot when cold, but I'm used to it now.
Only gets squeaky when the dust builds up. High pressure hose on the brakes clears it.

Same setup as Brad, but have Remsa pads
First 1-2 brakes are a bit weak, but from there on its great. First 2000km they were heaps dusty and did squeal when built up like Brad too
Now the dust has really settled down and are very good on that issue

@gslrallysport can help with that.

As per signature; DBA standard slotted rotors & EBC green stuff pads up front.
Very happy with this set-up on the street, good value for $$$, look good, good bite when cold, good pedal feel, no squealing, lower dust than stock.
Would be no good for the track unless you drive like ya granny!
I run Project Mu (Clubspec and HC+) on my track car which is a very impressive set up
+1 for GSL Rally Sport they are very helpful and sweem to have the best prices
