    Default Beeping noise

Hey guys was driving my mps pretty hard the other and came across a sharp right turn, hit the brakes a suddenly heard this beeping noise, kinds like the fasten seat belt beep. Turned car off and started up again and noise was gone any ideas what could have caused this??

did you have a bag on any of the other seats? I know sometimes if i put my backpack on the passenger seat the seatbelt check alarm starts sounding

Are you sure it wasn't a fart "Paarrrrp"

Might it be a DCS alert if you were all out of shape for a second?

DCS is a sound alert? Thought it was just a light on the cluster.

No it was a sound similar to fasten seatbelt

I'm not sure ROG. I've been in a few cars where it chirps or beeps, accompanied by the DCS light coming on, and can't recall with the MPS6. I don't get out of shape often enough (something lacking there? ;o))

Maybe in other cars yeah but never had any warning noise happen whilst driving in the MPS6. Lights pop up but nothing sounds.

My MP3 does this occasionally, it's a faulty rear-seat sensor somewhere. At the same time, the sealbelt warning light flashes too.
Frustrating, as i've had this "fixed" under warranty twice now...

Goes back in again on Friday... Useless dealer!

This is going to sound stupid, But have you checked your manual as to why it may be beeping?

How much fuel were you carrying at the time?
Hitting the brakes hard enough might have tricked the fuel sensor in to thinking you had no fuel left.
