    Default 2001 Black Mitsubishi Lancer

    Hi All,

Worked on this over the Easter long weekend. It was previously in a rear-end hit and was fixed although unfortunately whilst in their care they decided to buff the car and what you know..holograms everywhere.
He did say he had taken it to two other places previously before bringing it to me and wasn't happy. Played it safe as this was the third time it would be receiving machine polish, 10hrs later it was looking much better than previously.

It was a lot worse than I was expecting (As usual), Here is the pics:

    Before Shots:

Unfortunately the left side was full of overspray:

Also tidied up around the wipers:

Courageous work mate. Very good confidence building to restore this puppy. Do you have one of those paint thickness measuring devices?

Surprised that there's still so much hologram after going through 2 previous clean by others?

Guessing he took it to places that work on pushing as much cars out a day as possible at your typical "Car Wash Cafe"? The main culprit was the smash repairer

Good work mate! Surprised how well it came up, considering those before photos... Horrendous work by the panel beater, I wouldn't be happy at all.
