    Mine arrived on Friday.

Must say, quite impressed. Nice colour. Fits fine.

But, they are bright. Will see if the public get a little upset, but they're nothing like a HID which I think is a little overdoing it for a fog light.

The other bulb is a @2XS purchase almost 2 years ago. It's faired very well and is in the same colour range.

From a distance. Left one is the CREE.

Thanks for the heads up. I like them.

Noticed your MPS doesn't have that plastic cover in front of the bulb like in my holder... did you remove it?

Heres the Cree H11 compared to stock ( little shorter so fit no problem )

There is however this plastic thing in the way of the projector on the front... not sure if this is there by stock for legal/saftey reasons but it blocks a tiny bit of the light

    Here's a 50/50

    And done

Also should point out that these are ALOT colder than the halogen bulbs which is bound to be a good thing!
You're missing out on quite a bit of forward firing light from the CREE LEDs. But that's no doubt the point of the cap, protect on coming traffic from bright fog halogens.

...and no. I've never had that cap. My car was built in 2009.

Oh so that cap is part of the car, not the CREE LEDs??

    Thought it's the same thing.

Seems one of my new fogs drops out every now and again. Might be over heating, or not plugged properly. Will watch and report back.

I agree. W5W and T10 are the same fitting.
I noticed when I fitted the cree globes to my fogs that they didn't lock in as tightly as the originals.
    Maybe it's a vibration problem...

Nah Gen 1 has HB4 for fog lights...

Im currently looking for CREE fogs myself, Troy got some in to replace the SMD LED's but apparently didn't fit - so now I'm not sure what to do. I might just take a risk.

@Yeldarb haven't had an issue with mine, maybe lose connection? The roads out my way are rough aswell but when clipping in the set I brought there was a loud reassuring click that they were defiantly plugged in

Theres a few options, the better ones are:

Not sure if they're CREE - 50W HB4 LED (5w High Powered LED x 10 per bulb - The Cree are 5w each as well so maybe they are?)

    bit.ly/Xzg9MZ

    Or these are 30w HB4 CREE (5w CREE x 6 per bulb)

    bit.ly/Yli9E4

Do they look like yours at all Slixx?
Not sure what to go with, but might try the 50w ones...

Has anyone used cree LED's for the reverse light? Looking for a white LED for the reverse lights, but none of them seem to have side projecting lights. Any suggestions for the GEN 2 reverse lights?

Preferably want something with a clear lens as you can see through the reverse lights on the GEN 2 and yellow layered LED's don't look good when you can see them.
