Default Cobb AP hangs on start up screen

    Hi Guys,

At the moment whether I plug the AP in on the computer or car it just hangs on the Accessport start up screen.

Ive been trying to research but came up empty.

    Anyone else experience this?

Its as if it needs a hard reset or something.

    Cheers

One thing I have learnt about the AP is that it really doesnt like being left in an active screen, like a live data screen (ie: AFR) when you disconnect it. this can cause it to behave like a pentium 1 computer on re-start of the engine.
Whether that relates to your problem, I am not sure.

Love it! But unfortunately it hangs on every attempt making it un-useable. Funnily enough only had problems since last update of firmware.

Id say the firmware update has canned it.
Speak to Cobb direct for support - does not sound like its user repairable... considering its powered off as soon as you unplug it.
