I'd rather not, last thing I need to do before 27th June is have a KABOOOOM! I refuse to use my MPS for diagnosis purposes.
FTR, I've never had fuel cut, or boost cut, or any other issues resulting from my mods.
I have to say, spending the extra cashiola to get the job done right is worth it. I have CES to thank for that.

Very true about the dollar vs reliability of mods, although I do believe it is the CES TBE that is causing the issue, if I read one of his earlier posts correctly.
Next suggestion is to log the HPFP pressure with a Dashhawk to see if thats the cause of the issue.

It has happened since fitting the CES system, yes, but, what size Maf housing do you have?
I don't have my CES system anymore, just the 3" Maf housing refitted and I can get a FC/BC in 3rd on a warmer day. I have a Dashhawk now, but the previous owner has set so many alarms that everything flashes (overspeed alarm etc) before I get to see the fuel pressure. They are switched off now.
I would like to resolve this issue too, I doubt the CES system is the problem, maybe the intake and exhaust are just too efficient for the std. ECU. Nirvandan has my CES system and I am yet to hear anything about the FC/BC issue from him, he doesn't have a pod filter fitted either.

Assuming his sig is current he's running the Cobb SRI, shouldn't be any issues there, Cobb is one of the few manufacturers that match the stock MAF diameter and include air straighteners.
Does the CES have a divorced wastegate pipe, or is it a bellmouth type, if divorced boost creep could be an issue, which would induce boost cut.
Not likely. I've never experienced any of this, and 2XS also had a different CAI + MAF housing to mine.
I dont know if 2XS has an Xede (or where it was tuned), or running a flash for that matter, so one shouldnt jump to conclusions. I also dont know what PSi 2XS is running. APC noted that anything over 17-18PSi had no gains, and infact degraded performance.
If my MPS was experiencing fuel cut or boost cut, it would have been picked up in the dyno (and APC did 18 runs on the dyno to get it sweet).

Lets just pull this back to square one here
So we can pretty much pin point Crushers fuel / boost cut to the addition of the CES exhaust, it is fair to assume, that this never happened before his TBE was installed.
Now we need to establish why he is getting these cuts, his only other stated mods are a Cobb SRI, and a Forge BPV, the Cobb SRI as mentioned has stock diameter MAF housing and air straighteners, so this shouldnt have any adverse effects on his fuel trim values, his BPV is presumably running full recirc, not that this would make a rats worth of difference to a cut scenario.
The divorced wastegate pipe however is an area of concern, simply for the boost creep issue, on the stock ECU if he is reading more than 18psi for more than a second or two he will boost cut, I'm not trying to shit on CES here, in actual fact boost creep is often accredited to having too free flowing of an exhaust and eliminating too much backpressure (while backpressure is the bane of turbocharged engines, a very small amount is still desirable).
It is also worth noting that other major aftermarket brands are using the bellmouth style collector, probably for good reason.
Obviously by fitting an Xede you are going to eliminate the boost / fuel cut from the standard ECU, it clips the values the ECU sees so with your Xede you can run 18+ psi all day and the ECU will probably never see over 16.
Having said that it is unreasonable to expect someone to fork out another $1500 to have their car tuned around their "bolt-on" exhaust that is causing cut issues.

After testing a range of down pipes, We have notice on some divorced DP's with & with out other Mods. Can hit boost cut, we have been installing Boost cut Killers into the manifold & on the bigger engines both a BCK & a Standback.

You should be able to 'clamp' the MAP voltage to X volts, hence not going into overboost cut. Seeing that the boost cut is a function of the MAP sensor itself. Fitting both to one car = dramas from what I have seen.

its either what Matt is saying.. or its the ECU absolute load cut function (this does exist), but if I were a betting man, id day as long as his boost is stock, he wont be quite at that threshold as yet..

Crusher were you able to pin point the problem? and if so how did you go about fixing it?
The exact same thing is happening to my car after i fitted it with a Pod Filter. I have had no modifications made to the car except this and I have disconnected the battery for an hour and pushed the break pedal until it was firm.
Would love it if someone could advise me on how I could go about fixing the problem

its a 2006 mps 3. ive installed a drift pod that i bought from autobarn.. think i might just take it to someone to tune it and figure it out. anyone know a someone in victoria that could do it?
