Pedal pulse, oil pressure gauge characteristics or pull sump off and visually inspect. Third option being pretty easy and fool proof.

    updated log files...
main thing seems to be the AFR's going utterly nuts.... (see from time 3.62 onwards)
    anyone got any ideas?

the mad scientists over at MSF think it's likely 1 of 3 things (in order of likelyhood):
    1. broken O2 sensor (happens during DP install)
    2. very strange exhaust leak
    3. MAF sensor is broken (despite the fact logs etc look fine... it could be reporting higher values)
