    Lol as I read that the brother inlaw cracked the last one (coicedntly as @KRNAGE rocked up) it is the one you physically can't get to from the top , anyhoo this is what the apprent issue was Click image for larger version.

    It was the coolant hose clamp that fell in the tip while change over and the Sri was off ... Won't do that again !

    I use a plastic bag as soon as i take the intake hose off, was using a rag but it left lint didnt use them again :P

    So its all done now and i took the chance to do my dp too while everything was out of the way , massive big ups to @KRNAGE for the help and Mrs @KRNAGE for letting him out

    Holy crap man mine isn't that bad mine was only 1 fin bent on a 60 degree angle...

    Good to see that you got it in and out though. Information will be vital when i do mine .

    And as it turns out the actual noise was coming from the air passing the grooves in the fins
