  1. Default Hottest looking GenPu by MR Car Design

Just came across this. In my opinion the hottest looking design yet.

    I want those rims!

Meh. At speed it looks cool with the wheels giving a slight dish affect.

But static it has just has red squares and wheels that im not a great fan of.

But I'm no style guru, look what I've done to my car.

Many better out there @slixx is up there.

Mmmm that's nothing too exciting to me. Doesn't even look like it's been lowered.
Those wheels just look like any other chrome/black things you can get at your local tyre shop.

Id have to agree with the others, the rims only look nice when moving otherwise Im not a fan, almost look like bob jane specials, I do believe I've seen them on commodores/fords before

When I looked at this I thought it was going to be something like the "Thrilling 5 Concept" or whatever it was... It's just a decal and some rims - which in some respects is good cause if you want that look it could be easily achieved.

    Not a fan personally though.

I don't mind the rims on that last red one... with the red lining around the black rims. I don't like the silver paint, it looks like it's trying to be a Renault Megane too much.

I want something like the standard STi rims on mine though, a big fan of that. Are they ugly too?

The front bar without the Mazda badge and less smiley face looks so much better

I quite like the STi wheels too. I think they complement bulky lines quite well. Unfortunately the Subies have a different stud pattern to the MPS's, so you'd have to find a set of replicas if you want exactly the same style. That said, there are lots of similar styles floating around.

It's definitely worth looking around all over the place before you spend your money. Don't want to change your mind 1 week later!

Thanks Luke for the mention. I rate the Autoexe front bar very highly, but too big a leap for me $-wise.

An Aluminium GENII from the US has been posted here a few times. Had RX8 rims, nice and low, yellow tinted fogs. Beautiful shots of a well thought out car. I remember @MISSMPS saying it was her favorite GENII at the time.

    Thay car was inspirational.

    Anyone remember it?

Lukes GenII with the autoexe front bar the best than any other posted here by miles!

Have you consider blacking out the grey bits on the front Luke?

I think the gold goes to Brad's Red Bull - looks as good in photos as it does in real life...just needs a front lip to finish it off...and Dan's Aluminium get's the silver.....works really nicely with the wheels & the black vinyl rear bumper insert, also because he's car is probably the most meticlously maintained MPS on the forum & i haven't see alot of al's that are modfied so makes for a change IMO.

Having a different front bar is different enough

...... get those bits blacked out!
