Diagnose my "Knock"

So recently starting noticing some knock in my car, doesn't seem to happen under the pump so not sure if it has always been happening and i just never noticed it.
Usually happening in 3rd or 4th at say around 3500-400 revs and just slowly accelerating around the 80km/h.
I have read plenty of things on false knock just never seen knock this high before.datalog5.csv

Anyway will do a WOT run tonight and post it later to see if its ok.

The knock your seeing is mostly at part throttle (PT). We call this "Part Throttle KR" (PTKR) and there is a way to tune this out but it's nothing you should be concerned with. It's very common. The knock sensor on these cars is very sensitive. You should focus your concerns on WOT kr and not worrie so much about PT. If you need tuning support I can be of some assistance.

I do see some 1+ counts of KR at 4000 rpm which isn't terrible but something I can help with.
