    Looks good mate, does it still give intake noise? or quitened it right down?

    Dont know yet, car need to be tuned to it.. Its not a airbox with noise in mind (it would prob be louder than standard), its all about BATS and legal side of boxed filter

    Thanks to my dads help again today (since i have a bad back) i got a bit more sorted. Thanks To Rutherford Muffler Centre again they had a 60 degree 3' pipe in stock

    Just a thought.. Would using a heat reflective/ dampening on the outside drop the temps more??

    Yea it would i guess, or maybe even line it with polystyrene foam ?

    Well i found a place that sold everything i needed to do it as i wanted. Silicone hoses+ducting+bits, i have now ordered and awaiting delivery.. Should be a week or 2 than install and tune

    Awesome work mate, great pics too. I appreciate the posts and the effort you put into this. Custom stuff is hard, and can be expensive, but you have done really well. I have some plans to try some carbon fire parts, this has helped get my head around some areas of it. Tanks again.

    Absolutely, reflective shield will assist. I used a similar product on my first experimental box. Currently i use a product available from most Clark rubber outlets ,much cheaper and up to 2.5 mte wide and cut to any lenght,(6mm thick with a reflective paper adhered) and this is surrounding my CPU unit.
    Found my IATs to be constantly ,lower at low speeds. IE traffic

    Well teh time has come! Has it worked? will know very soon, TuneHouse tomorrow. Pick up and find results thursday
